Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists we require a 24 hour notice when canceling or changing apppintments. Appointments are made and held using a credit card number. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours the credit card used to hold the appointment will be charged for the full amount.
Scheduled Appointments
If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for an appointment you will receive the service you are booked, for the remaining time allotted.
Directions
We are located in downtown Clearwater at 123 N Fort Harrison Ave, between Cleveland and Drew Streets. Please call for more specific directions.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for most of our services and packages, as well as in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate, in person, on our website or via phone using a credit card. Gift Certificates are non transferable. If there is a price increase for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.
Spa Packages
Please allow a week in advance to serve your appointment. Spa packages may require a credit card number to hold the appointment. No-shows on packages consisting of more than two hours will be charged for the full appointment.
