Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

Appointments are made and held using a credit card number. No exceptions. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled treatment to avoid being charged the full amount of the treatment. If necessary you may reschedule your appointment. This can be done up until two hours before your start time, for a time within the same week without incurring a charge (3 reschedules maximum).


Scheduled Appointments

If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the appropriate forms for the services you are receiving.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment you will receive the service you are booked, for the remaining time allotted.


Directions

We are located in downtown Clearwater at 123 N Fort Harrison Ave, between Cleveland and Drew Streets. Please call for more specific directions.


Gift Certificates

Are available for all of our services and packages, as well as in any dollar amount. You can purchase a Gift Certificate, in person or via phone using a credit card. Gift Certificates are void in one year, and are non transferable. If there is a price increase for the service, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.


Spa Packages

Please allow a week in advance to serve your appointment. Spa packages may require a credit card number to hold the appointment. No-shows on packages consisting of more than two hours will be charged for the full appointment.
